Looking for something different than the neighborhood and traffic? This quite, secluded country estate is what you are looking for! The home is completely surrounded by woods, sitting back from the street on its own private drive sitting on 21 acres. There is even a Gazebo that is on our private fishing pond where the poles are already waiting for you, along with rocking chairs and swings to watch the sunset. Hunting is allowed on the back property.
Guests have access to all parts of the home, less the master bedroom.
The following are shared spaces:
The livingroom has an “L” shaped sofa that has 5 recliners and a 65” smart tv with Netflix. There are plenty of dvds and board games as well in this space.
The kitchen has TWO flat top stoves, an oven, and dishwasher. All cooking necessities are at your disposal. There is a guest full size fridge and freezer in the garage should you want to bring anything to cook. The pantry also has two shelves for guests items. You may eat at the counter on stools or in the dining room for a more intimate setting.
The Gazebo located at the pond has fishing poles and tackle ready for you to enjoy. There are also rocking chairs and a swing for you to watch the sun up and down. A paddle boat is waiting on the bank of the pond for a ride around the pond.
The fire pit is located to the left of the pond. Wood is also available for a quiet bon fire to roast marshmallows.
The above ground pool has floats and diving tools ready. We have towels.
All bathrooms have towels/washcloths, soap, and toilet paper.
All Rented rooms have sheets, pillows, tv, dressers/closets, ceiling fans, room darkening curtains.
The screened in back patio has cushioned outdoor furniture. ceiling fans are also on to cool things down. The bbq grill has a propane bottle that is always full and ready to be used.
The front porch also has 2 swings and 4 rocking chairs for you to sit and enjoy the quite.
The office has a dedicated work space with fax/scan/copy/printer, touch screen computer, and all the office items you would need should you need to use the computer.
The craft room is LOADED with crafts, hand paint, sand art, crayons, coloring books, etc to entertain any child.
The laundry room features a commercial stainless steel washer and dryer. Ironing board is also available.
There is a dog pen with an electric gate, dog house, water and food bowls should you need to leave your pet for the day to sight see.
A private road will take you through the woods to an opening to 11 cleared acres on the back of the property should you feel like exploring nature.
The home has its own private road and can not be seen by the highway for extra seclusion. Extremely quiet!
There garage has a commercial ice machine so we never run out.
