Our recently remodeled, newly furnished lake home sits on a quiet cul de sac in the Southwind section of Savannah Lakes neighborhood. It has direct access to the lake.
It's a lovely home with plenty of space and lots of windows that provide cheerful, natural light. Our goal is to provide a cozy, clean and inviting place for you to enjoy and get refreshed.
Besides the beauty of the lake, this is a great location if you enjoy golfing.
We have 3 premier golf courses less than 10 minutes away.
Our home is NOT a party venue!!!!!!! Please do not bring in guests that are not listed on the reservation. If you have family or friends close by please plan the reunion or party at a different location.
Due to people taking advantage of our property and disregarding the house rules we have to put some hard rules in place.
If guests show up that are not listed on the reservation you may be asked to leave with no refund and pay a $100 per person additional fee.
We strive to have our home clean and inviting for all our guests!
It's important to us that you feel welcomed by a tidy, refreshing environment when you arrive!
Please help us continue to provide that by not wearing shoes indoors and by keeping all food, candy and beverages outside, or in the kitchen and dining area.
Guests are expected to keep the house clean during their stay and reporting any accidents or broken items.
