INSIDE THE HOUSE
You’ll be wowed as soon as you step inside this open contemporary home. The stained concrete floors and loft-style exposed ventilation lend it an industrial feel, while the inviting decor in the living space beckons you to kick up your feet and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
A convenient office nook at the base of the stairs, right across from the half bath, provides a great spot to catch up on emails.
Dine at home in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar-style seating for five, where you can whip up snacks and meals for your group while they savor appetizers. Take your meals at the modern dining set in the open dining area; open up the doors to the deck and extend the evening with a barbecue under the stars.
This house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half baths. The ground-floor master suite provides lots of privacy. With its queen-size bed and modern, relaxing decor, it’s the perfect place to begin and end your day. The master bath is just as inviting, with bright, high-slung windows, a luxurious walk-in shower, and double granite vanity.
You’ll find two more bedrooms upstairs, both rooms are outfitted with a queen-size bed. Both rooms offer private access to a full bath with tub/shower combination.
One of the most unique aspects of the house is the third-floor game room, where you’ll find a ping-pong table and a wet bar as well as a spectacular rooftop patio.
