Casa Dulce Vida is a charming 3-bedroom home, recently remodeled and is being furnished by its owner. Located on a quiet residential street (a mere 10 minutes’ drive from the Plaza), its ambiance and design reflect an eclectic style. The living room overlooks a spacious enclosed yard with a patio and large shade tree. It is complete with a SmartTV (easy streaming). Style is enhanced by the beautiful new wood-embossed tile floors in the living areas and carpets in the bedrooms.
There is a separate dining room that can alternatively be used as an office or exercise room. The dining table extends to seating for eight. Currently it sits in a corner of the living room.
The kitchen upgrades include new appliances and granite counter tops. It is fully equipped with all amenities and there is an adjacent dinette area with door to the back yard. There is additional bar seating facing the dinette or used for extra living room seating for guests. The laundry room is located off the kitchen.
The king suite has an extremely comfortable new bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower and a large closet. From here you can easily enter the back yard.
The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and accesses a full hall bath. If you must work during your sojourn in Santa Fe, the second guest bedroom is currently set up as an office area and can be completely closed off for privacy. It has a double bed.
The fully-enclosed back yard is spacious and features a flagstone patio under a tall shade tree - with dining table and chairs and a gas barbecue grill. This is a wonderful place to spend time throughout the year in New Mexico’s forever-sun. If you are bringing your dog, it's also a great place to let them run outside.
Though in a residential neighborhood, Casa Dulce Vida is very conveniently located to two grocery stores, fast food choices, drug store, Starbucks, and more…all within a mile.
The home features a garage (with one parking space available) and additional off-street parking. All amenities such as HDTV, washer and dryer, and fast WIFI are provided, as well as all linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Heat is forced air and has evaporative cooling.
At this time we can only rent monthly (no weekly rentals).
