The fully stocked kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. Please note there is not a stove or oven. However, there is a plug-in 2 burner hot plate.

The guest suite is located on the lower level, accessible via a full flight of stairs. The main floor (first level) and garage are off-limits to guests, as they are occupied by tenants. The private entrance is at the backyard, where you also have full access to enjoy the outdoor space during your stay. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
