The walls are 12 inches thick, so you won't hear a peep from the outside world. It's like having your own private castle, but with better weather! You'll be able to hear the waves below, but you won't have to worry about them soaking your socks.
As you enter, you'll notice the patio to the right, where you can work on your tan without even leaving the house! If you get bored with that, take the stairs up to the 4th level, where you'll find a movie theatre/game room that's perfect for those who want to relax or channel their inner gamer. There's a chalkboard for the kids, a ping pong table for the competitive, and a 130-inch 3D/HD screen with immersive surround sound for those who want to experience movies like they're in the movie themselves! There's even a second 65-inch TV so you can watch two games at once. This room can even sleep up to six people, so it's perfect for slumber parties or when the in-laws come to visit.
