Summary: There were issues with the bathroom vent not working, no water pressure, and the shower drain not draining. When I told the front desk i was met with hostility. The hot tub was more of a warm bath and the pool was chilly. My kids shivered but still played. Also they have a sign saying if you don't want a deposit fee pay by credit card. Paid by credit card and was still charged a deposit.
