The unit also has free internet access, flat screen tv with free premium channels, and separately monitored heat and air conditioning for your comfort. The property is located ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM COACHELLA , STAGECOACH and DESERT TRIP FESTIVALS and sits right on the golf course. Fully equipped private en suite bath is also part of the casita. The area is only minutes away from all of the festivals Indio is known for. The Coachella festival, Stagecoach festival, the Indian Wells Parabas tennis open and the newest Desert Trip festival .
Located within 20 minutes of the three desert hospitals; jfk, eisenhower, and desert regional. Additionally there are numerous restaurants for fine or casual dining, movies, shopping and we are within 10 minutes of 4 different casinos. Both gambling and excellent shows are available at the casinos. The McCallum theater is 10 minutes away where you can get tickets for the finest plays and concerts in the country, and for those that really like to shop; the COD (college of the desert) has the swap meet every Saturday and Sunday and is also a 10 minute drive away.
