It's the closest you can get to the oceanfront without actually being oceanfront! Nestled in a peaceful area of Folly Beach, this home is located on the 17th block of the East Side, offering a relaxing, family-friendly retreat with ocean views and beach access in every direction. It's also just a short distance from the Morris Island Lighthouse Heritage Preserve, where you can enjoy stunning coastal scenery and historic charm.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
**1 pet Considered up to 40lb, well-trained, non-shedding, no puppies (under one year) or cats. Your dog must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your dog with you. Per the owners insurance the following dog breeds are not allowed at the property; Rottweiler, Pit Bull or Doberman Pinschers. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
