Summary: No where to park had to walk a very far distance to get to our room. Main pool was closed water park was very crowded. Half the lights didn't work in our room. Windows don't open so no escaping if there was a fire. Laundry staff was rude and always blocking the elevator. Couldn't watch tv because it kept cutting out. Shower never got hot. Also booked a balcony room and didn't get that.
