This former General Store (built in 1905) was renovated into its current state as a cottage in 1981. It is now considered one of the prime rental properties in Bayside. Entering the cottage you are greeted by comfortable furnishings, original artwork, a well equipped kitchen and a full bath. At the rear of the cottage through the screen door to the outside is a cozy deck with seating, a small table, and gas grill. The deck faces the ocean with wonderful water views and views of all the Bayside activity. Upstairs are two comfortable, bright queen bedrooms, one with beautiful water views: the master bedroomincludes a new (for 2020), ensuite bath with large tiled shower; there is also a shared bathroom (with new, enlarged tile shower for 2020) with laundry, and on the third floor two bright, cozy bedrooms with skylights, each with two twin beds. With plenty of room in a lovely summer setting, A.C. Hopkins has been a crowd pleaser year after year
