Flat lot with easy access all the way from the street to the lake. We are within a mile of three restaurants, a cidery and a brewery. Wegmans, Aldi & Walmart are just ten minutes away, and West's Shurfine Food Mart is just over a mile down the road.

Beautiful, updated kitchen with all amenities opens to dining room & family room with gas fireplace. Washer, dryer & air conditioning. Ping pong table & more gathering space in garage. Our house is 40 minutes from beautiful Letchworth State Park, just over an hour from the Corning Museum of Glass, 30 minutes from Rochester and attractions like the Strong National Museum of Play, the Rochester Museum & Science Center, the George Eastman House & the Memorial Art Gallery.
We're less than 15 minutes from the quaint town of Geneseo and SUNY Geneseo if you need lodging for family weekends or graduation. Other Rochester schools including SUNY Brockport, RIT, University of Rochester, Nazareth, St John Fisher & Roberts Wesleyan are just 30-45 minutes away.
