The downstairs ensuite bathroom in the primary suite has a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The downstairs outdoor bathroom stall has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a half bath downstairs by the laundry room off the kitchen. Upstairs in the primary suite is an open concept (not enclosed) ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub and separate shower. There is also an additional upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night + any applicable taxes. We will charge the card on file. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Please note this property is not fully fenced. Thank you!
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 10 standard and 18 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Thursday.
Even with our regular pest management services, it's possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
