Each side has its own kitchen and living room, TV’s (one in living room and each bedroom has a TV) with great internet Beautifully decorated wine themed units sit in a 63 acre property with views for miles. I can nearly guaranteed that this is the best sunset you’ll ever see. Located within minutes of Tobin James winery and the #1 rated Paso winery, Pear Valley, you couldn’t be in a better location for wine tasting. Property is the former “Rio Seco” winery, now called Kuiper Vineyards and will eventually host a winery on site (early 2023 projected) but for now is a great place to chill, relax and visit local wineries including Rava, Cass, Justin and Sculptera (all minutes away). Situated in the heart of wine country and close to downtown Paso Robles (12-15 min drive) and just 37 min from San Luis Obispo, this will be a vacation you’ll never forget.
